    A:  Single pane refers to only one pane of glass, while double           pane means there are two panes sealed together with a               dead air space in between.

          glass type.

    Q:  If I called in a service request today, how soon could           someone come out?
    A:  In most cases, same day service is available.  Double               pane glass must be ordered and takes a few days.
